I came to Elan Med Spa specifically to have my eyebrows done by Iris. Let me tell you!! I had such an amazing experience with Iris! From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and so easy to talk to—we chatted the whole time. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and she took the time to explain the entire process in advance, then walked me through each step as she worked. I was thrilled with my results right away, and I still have one follow-up appointment to go—I can’t wait to see the final look! Iris is a truly talented and professional artist. They are all very good kind people, but need to be more professional to run the clinic business. I was asked and offered to have a blood test about my hormones level week ago, but no one told me about the results, no follow up at all, I had to ask again and again to make appointment to know my results. They should follow up me and set up the appointment with me initiatively, instead of I had to follow them, asking again and again! They should improve their business in a good manner and more professional ways! Very frustrated with that! When I tried to make appointment today, front desk told me very little limit time, only Tuesday and Thursday morning available, push me all around I have to fit their limit time!
