Got the pleasure to be a model for a clear brilliant skin laser treatment and everything about it was an amazing experience! From the minute of walking into the very clean modern med spa, to the workers who explained throughly everything that they were going to do, and doing. Felt very comfortable & loved the treatment. Highly recommend them, great team!!

Smooth transition from Ideal Image to Elase. Tahely was my provider before and I'm glad she's still there. Shes super sweet and gentle with all services I've gotten since December. She did my filler, Botox and most recently laser hair removal. I will definitely be back with her.

Like another customer, this business failed to uphold its contractual promise to me. I appeared at this location for an appointment that had been scheduled under the previous ownership. Prior to the appointment, I attempted to reschedule by phone and via text message but received no response. Upon arrival, the staff member I spoke with demonstrated awareness of the exact messages I had sent, confirming they had been received, yet no reply had been provided. I therefore arrived as scheduled and was hastily turned away. I was informed that my guaranteed lifetime treatment had “possibly expired” or was “not valid at this location” because it was a transferred service.
