It depends on who u have do ur hair I had a really sweet lady do mine the first time no problem at all I wish I had gotten her name the first time because I will only have her do my hair from now on. This week when I went one of the older lady’s did my hair horrible service she started on the phone yelling over me while washing my hair and actively coughing, and getting both shampoo and water in my ears, then while I’m telling her I’m done under the dryer she’s yelling at me from across the store instead of just getting up to check. Just because I’m talking to you in English doesn’t mean I can’t under stand what ur saying either when they were calling the color in my hair ugly. I also agreed to have the ends cut I should never had done it it’s so blunt uneven and ugly on one side didn’t ev

I went to Ana hoping to lift my black dye and begin the journey toward lighter hair—and she absolutely delivered. She suggested baby highlights to start the process gently, and the results were exactly what I was hoping for. My hair looks fresh, dimensional, and healthy, which is no small feat after dark dye! Ana is not only incredibly skilled, but also patient, thoughtful, and honest about what’s possible. I felt heard and cared for every step of the way. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows color and takes pride in her work, Ana is your girl. She’s awesome!

I lived the way Nina did my hair. I saw other reviews and want to share these tips: 1) ask questions about the salon's or hairstylist's processes 2) pay attention to what is being done to your hair 3) ask questions about products being used 4) always do research on that salon. It was a pleasant atmosphere. There is parking available, and the salon was fairly clean. I did have some difficulty in combination with Nina as her English wasn't that strong, but we got through the appointment. When going to a salon, I look for the hairstylist to provide tips on the care of my hair, but I didn't get that here. Hopefully, they will consider this moving forward.

I went in to see Ana today for my hair extension, who I'd been seeing for quite a while. She outdid herself today, Omg shes amazing. She took her time and explain everything to me. I am so happy and satisfied with the outcome. She's so professional and caring. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to get their hair extension or any hairstyle. Thank you so much Ana, I am so pleased and happy 😊everybody loves my hair and I'm getting so much compliments and great feedback on my hair and My experience was amazing. I loved the energy nd vibe everyone was sweet kind and nice especially Ana.

Went there 3 weeks ago to get my hair ironed as soon as she was done my hair started falling out, 3 weeks later my hair is very thin and I have bold spots on the side of my hair. Never will o use these people again.
