I won’t ever be going back to this shop! I got small boho knotless braids and my braids were all different sizes and the curly pieces were falling out because they weren’t installed properly. Save your money and go somewhere else.

My stylist canceled on me eleven hours before my appointment. After some research I came across this place on TikTok. They were able to take me the next day. The customer service was great & the stylist was pleasant & very gentle. I love my braids & will definitely be back.

Elegance African Hair Braiding shop are professional stylists with professional demeanor. They are focus on getting the job done without the constant stopping in between. It was my first time attending this establishment and I had great experience. My style was micros with the ends wavy. The place is well organized and clean. I went there today to get cornrows straight back with my own hair. It turned out terribly and I took the braids out when I got home. The stylist added hair to my hair without telling me…which I hate that look. I asked if she added hair and she was silent, and when I asked again she said just a little bit. She claimed that my hair was soft and that was the reason why. That was nonsense because I had my hair braided in cornrows the month before. She never asked how many braids or the size. They just do what they want to do and not what you want them to do. I was very disappointed and wasted time and money. I will not be returning there again. They aren’t good!!

I called on Wednesday for a 10A appointment on Friday. Washed and blow dried my hair before I went. The sisters went to work on my hair, right on time. I got to take a little break in between. It was finished at 2:30P. It came out exactly as I asked. $180 for waist length feed-in braids.I would recommend making your appointments in the morning, just out of consideration of these sisters. Definitely will return. Got so many compliments.
