I called and inquired about an appointment. Sent a picture and was informed of the price. Got there and showed the picture again. Braids was supposed to be shoulder/ neck length which the two braiders didn’t accomplish. So tired I went home tried to cut them down but unfortunately wasn’t done correctly . I went back to the salon and was charged to correct some. I wouldn’t have to have paid again if it was done correctly during my appointment . With future services from customers just give customers what they like and what they are paying for. Not everyone in the salon does the same work and if you can’t accommodate the style don’t attempt what you can’t accomplish. I only been to them twice and wanted the same style but I thought I was getting the same person that did my hair the first

I came in at 4p needing medium box braids. When I say I was in my car by 8:20! Granted it was 3 people on my head but these are the quickest braids I’ve ever gotten. I will for sure be back!

i went to elegance with a day of appointment flo and lili were my braiders and they finished small mid back knotless in four hours definitely worth the price and time my hair looks amazing and they were very gentle looking forward to returning soon

Fast and beautiful braids😍, BUT... they used the wrong type of hair 😡 and even tho the braid are beautiful and really neat, I can't do anything with the rest of it. I can't curl it, I can't straighten it, i can't dip it in hot water for a pattern or nothing. It's a rats nest. It was suppose to be micros, she asked did I want wavy because that's what I had last time and what I wore into the shop. I'm not 100% disappointed just 50% because i can't even wear it down or a loose ponytail 😫. And I didnt want them to take it all down after sitting 7 hours getting it done. I guess I'll just have bring my own hair next time.

I’m from out of town and I tried this shop when I say these girl are fast and reasonable prices thats just what it is I love my braids they are not tight they are perfect thank you I will be back with my daughter thank you again and they had two ppl working on your hair and if you need your hair to grow try to get the pregnant lady before next months 😂😂😂
