Elegance Nails and Spa 5

I absolutely love coming to Elegance Nails and Spa 5! The salon is always clean, welcoming, and relaxing. Everyone is friendly, but Miss Kim is truly the best. She is so talented, detail-oriented, and always makes sure my nails look perfect before I leave. No matter what style or color I choose, my nails always come out looking fantastic and last so well. You can tell she really cares about her work and her clients. I get compliments on my nails all the time! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

In regards to my nails and the nail techs, I would give a 5, but unfortunately I can’t. Now this is directed to Kim. I’ve been coming here for over 1 year now, and it’s a shame to see how you handle appts. If I make an appt for a specific time, I expect to arrive and be taken right away. Unfortunately, that is not always the case. One time I walked in for my appointment, and my nail tech was just starting a new set and Kim knew very well I had an appt b/c she called me several times to let me know “she was running behind” which is not true. If you schedule appts please make sure they are honored. We make appts based on our time availability. I don’t want to make an appt and still have to wait 30 mins to 1hr, then what’s the point of making an appt? Walk-ins should wait, not us with appts

Elegance is truly the best nail salon I have been to. The faculty are incredibly amiable, patient, kind, and exceptionally talented! They always cater to the customers requests and are skilled in their jobs. I always leave with beautifully manicured nails that receive many compliments. I have also had my eyebrows waxed numerous times and they always do a wonderful job! I highly recommend this salon, there is no other place as outstanding for beautiful, long-lasting nails, and more!

I was going to the same nail salon for over 30 yrs until my nail girl wasn't returning. I've been looking for someone good. Tried a place in Clark but they were not good at all. My perfect nails started to look like crap. My daughter-in-law recommended Kim at Elegance Nails and finally I couldn't of been more happier to find someone who knows what they are doing. Not going to lie the first visit hurt like hell, but that's because she had to remove everything the other people did and my nails are paper thin, but once that was done it was so easy. My nails look and feel amazing. KIM is a superstar. They are so natural looking. Looking forward to my next appointment

I go here to see Lily. She is one of my favorites but she is my #1lady. She did some beautiful designs. I will return very soon.
