Elegance Nails & Day Spa

I've been coming to this nail salon sense August. I've only ever had David do my nails at this location, and he is amazing! My acrylics last for 3 weeks (I've even pushed it to 4 one time), with no lifting. I highly recommend him. The inside of the salon is beautiful, brand new, they even have 🍷. The pricing is fair. I really don't understand why people are writing reviews about Elegance stating they are being over charged. Obviously add ons will cost more.

10/10 experience! From customer service to the final result, everything was perfect. My nails look stunning and I’ve received so many compliments already. Definitely my new favorite nail salon!

Terrible experience. The day after I got them done someone made a comment that they thought I did them myself because of how bad they looked. Nope. “Professionally done.” There are bubbles under the gel. My pinky has no shape, no cuticle care. I will say I gave a second star because the manager texted and tried to remedy it, but I’m not home to get them redone. But if you need your nails done in a pinch for a vacation, don’t go. They’ll be messed up by day 3.

I gave this place a 2nd try and am beyond disappointed. The nail tech C was not welcoming at all compared to the other techs. I got a deluxe pedi and it was the worst ever! The nail polish immediately got wrinkles as she put so much polish. She didn’t even ask if I wanted anything to drink while everyone else around me was asked. Cynthia sealed the deal for me to never come back. Yes the place is beautiful but the service from her was so unwelcoming!

I had a great experience at Elegance Nails & Day Spa - 9825 Liberia Ave Unit 109. The staff were warm and attentive, and the salon was spotless. My nails came out exactly how I wanted—clean shape and beautiful finish. You can tell they really care about their work. I’ll definitely be back!
