Elegancia Nail Bar

I scheduled an appointment (not with the owner) based on the great reviews and the beautiful work shown on Instagram, so I had high expectations. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately the quality of the work did not match what was advertised. The acrylic application had bumps, the edges were not clean, the gel polish was uneven, and one of my nails was glued on sideways. Even my toes had noticeable differences one nail was visibly longer than the other. I paid $115 and chose to leave quietly to avoid making anyone feel uncomfortable, but I was honestly very disappointed. I ended up going to Walmart to have the nails removed.
