I will definitely be filing a report with the cosmetology board I walked in and asked specifically for a rod set as advertised on the price menu at the front of the salon NOBODY IN THE SALON KNEW HOW TO DO A ROD SET- but these are cosmetologists??? During my shampoo the employee kept ripping through my hair with the detangling brush- I politely asked her to please detangle from the bottom up as that is the best way for coarse/African American hair- she either didn’t understand English or completely ignored me and proceeded to get the whole back of my jacket wet while doing a simple wash.
