First time in Dallas. Found Elegant Nails on my route home. Walked in around 610pm on Tuesday. No wait. Needed fill in and brow wax. Phillip was excellent! He paid attention to the details. He trimmed them low for me. He used a variety of attachments on the dremmel to ensure precision and no discomfort. My brows were arched perfectly too. Thank you for a great experience! If I come back to Dallas I will get my nails done here again. I didn't get any adult beverages, but they have a margarita machine and wine with select services. Also, the establishment was very clean and organized.

I visited your salon on August 8, 2025, arriving just after 6 p.m. We came in for a pedicure. I was taken aback that you're charging $40 just to soak feet in plain water. During the pedicure, the technician applied polish only to one of my daughter’s toes correctly after we asked multiple times. What truly concerned me was that she attempted to use the same tools on my feet that she had just used on my daughter’s. I had to explicitly request new, clean tools—something I shouldn’t have to do to ensure basic hygiene. I’m not sure if it was a language barrier, but as a professional, she should know this is unsanitary. Out of concern for infection, I paused the pedicure and asked her just to polish my toes. I don't regularly get my nails done but I Clearly said I wanted a Pedicure and the lady decided to do gel without even asking me and then charged me $50 which is ridiculous. But what can I do when she already did the service. I can’t help but feel TAKEN ADVANTAGE of 😢

Ask for Bebe she did a great job on my nails she does not leave any flaws and makes sure they are nice and smooth and not lumpy!
