Elegant Nail Spa

Came in as a family of 4 with reservations. Everything felt extremely rushed with the massages being very short lived and polish around my cuticles for $55. My daughter’s big toe was messed up walking to the dryer and all of her polish was removed and restarted once they realized it was still so wet. After 20min of sitting under the dryer my toes were still wet and they told me to wait ONE HOUR since it’s only regular polish. Very unimpressed and won’t recommend.

Loi does my nails. Nothing but professional service. Great conversation. I recommend Elgant Nail Spa to everyone. Nancy Greathouse. I also got my eyebrows done. Had was great.

I had dip nails done with tips, very short soft square style. Nails broke on day one, unfortunately I live 2 hrs away and didn't have time to come back to get them fixed. Clear coat started coming off in a few days. Did not offer me or my sister a drink. I had to ask for one after I was done. Really sad because they used to be really good a few years ago.

Very disappointed in my services here. I got the gel manicure and the 80 minute pedicure and for the amount of money that was paid , you would think at least the polish job would be decent.

I would give this place 10+ stars if I could. I have always ventured from one place to the other to get mani/pedi, not really caring or sticking to one place. However, from the first time I stepped foot in Elegant Nails, the atmosphere exceeded expectations. Jade runs a family friendly business. She is always doing fun things with and for her customers. When you walk in they know your name and are eager to help. She and her staff are always friendly. They take thier time and don't rush. I just got a pedi from Emily and it was absolutely the best. She took her time and I have never felt more relaxed. Thank you Elegant Nails for always giving EXCELLENT customer servive!!
