Elegant Nails

I went into the salon today to get a pedicure done. I told the woman I wanted a basic gel. She tried to over-charge the initial price for something I didn't ask for. After I told her I wanted gel, she developed an attitude. She was rushing to finish my pedicure, the nail polish isn't even covering my entire nail. As soon as I got home, the nail polish started to peel off. It would help if the technician took her time and cared about customers. This place has gone downhill, tremendously.

I got my nails done here today and I'm seriously impressed! The tech was super detailed and the design turned out even better than my inspo photo. The 3D seashell details, gold charms, and ombre glitter were all done perfectly - not thick, not messy, just clean and gorgeous. The salon is clean, the staff is friendly, and the price is very fair for the quality. I'll definitely come back!

I’ve been coming here for almost 7 years and this place is the absolute best. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a nail salon. Great vibes and all the staff are amazing . You guys continue to kill it 7 years later ! Thank you ❤️❤️

This was my third visit, but it will be my last. I have a prosthetic on my left hand that already had nails on it, so no rebase was needed. All the tech had to do was apply color, and I even showed an example of what I wanted. Instead, he chose his own color, and the polish started peeling the next day. I was charged $76 for one hand—five nails—which is unacceptable for the quality I received. On top of that, the nail tech next to him kept chiming in, not in English, which felt unprofessional. The shop itself is dirty, and for those prices, I expect much better. My daughter also got a manicure, and her polish is already chipping. I normally never complain and always tip well, but this was genuinely bad service.

So I gotta say that the pricing is good the work not so good. Also, the people are super rude. then the person doing my nails kept getting upset because I didn’t like the way he was doing it.
