Terrible, terrible people ! If you want a peaceful experience and spend your money at a comfortable , professional place do NOT go here ! Spend your money elsewhere. First , you will experience multiple people working on you. Second , when specifying what you want it is met with disregard. I just shook my head , said ok then continued to watch the baking show on the tv. Third, they do not accept Apple Pay. So, when I was handing her my phone to pay she said they do not accept. I told her I needed to grab my card out of my car and she told me to leave my phone. I told her what? I was floored the service was $40 bucks. I have been to this nail salon twice in a month and have nothing negative to say! The techs are SO friendly and engage in conversation, incredibly polite and it is very relaxing in the shop. The price is simply too low, I feel like I’m robbing them when I pay. Extremely affordable and the quality of my nails exceeds my expectations for the price. I make sure to make up for the low price with a nice tip for my nail tech! I’ll be back every 3 weeks for my new dip and pedicure!

They went above and beyond doing my daughter and i’s nails. They drew a cat on her thumb nail for her and they were so incredibly kind to her! Not the prettiest salon when you walk in- but don’t judge a book by its cover. The service more than makes up for it. Won’t go anywhere else now!

My advice is to skip this place. I have been here two times since it has reopened under new management. The first time was odd - no one acknowledged me when I walked in. I didn't think much of it and waited for about 15 minutes before they asked what I needed. The next time I came, I again waited about an hour before they got to my gel manicure (they were busy and short staffed - I understood). My nails turned out really thick and began cracking only two days later. I thought it was odd, but I wouldn't find out how odd until I went to a different salon for a manicure. My gel polish would NOT come off after an hour and a half of soaking in pure acetone. The poor nail tech had to peel it off one little speck at a time - this took FOREVER (at no fault of theirs). Just had a pedicure done for the first time here. I had a very good experience. The foot massage was over the top! At other places they rush right through, but the nail technician at Modern Nails was quite attentive. Pricing was fair. I would recommend to others.
