Elegant Nails

So obsessed with the set that I got this weekend at Elegant nails! It was such a pleasurable experience all around, Andi did an amazing job with my pedicure and HUGE shout out to Harry for this fall design, it’s exactly what I wanted and requested!

The nail tech cut my nails too short, didn’t put on the bond before my fill, wrong shape. Although they translated to him twice on how I wanted them. The manager saw that I was unhappy so she tried to fix my nails and the shape (coffin) was different on each nail. Just horrible! And they still charged full price. Never again!!!!

First n last time! Super easy and quick to book appointment however they will turn you around if they don’t have them to fit you as a walk in. Love that all their peddies include hot stones however the tools they used aren’t SANITIZED from one client to the next and that’s why they get one star. I saw them do 6 pedicure back to back with same few Boxes full of used tools. One lady rushed on my pedicure and didn’t bring my stuff to dry my nails so customer service wasn’t the best. I wouldn’t recommend and I won’t return so don’t message me saying sorry and to come back 😆

This Was My First time at this location . Hence I’m not from Virginia. However, the service was straight . I got the Deluxe Pedicure With Gel. I Used The Honey Scent Which They Have 6 To Pick From. The Hot Rocks Was Great As Long As They’re Hot. And The Hot Rags Were 🙌🏽 Hot But Felt Great. She Definitely Didn’t Rush My Pedicure Which Was Worth The Pay. My Pedicure Was So Good. The Final Outcome Was Beautiful 😍 Just Wait I’ll Show You. Book Your Appointment With Anna She Did Mii Right .

YES QUEEN!! Queen ATE. i’ve never gotten more compliments on my nails in my life, she did a special set for me to go to Las Vegas on July 4th for Dead & Company at the Sphere- I showed her some pics on IG of what I wanted and she ended up doing something super unique and custom. I’m so happy with them, I can’t stop smiling looking at them!! & she did the lightning bolt for the band beautifully! 💀⚡️🌹❤️ The shape of them are better than any set I’ve ever had. I will be going back for life! It’s been about 2 weeks and they’re still going strong, I get compliments daily. i got a white pedicure that day and they slayed that as well.
