Do not use this nail salon. Poor service and poor skill sets. The male I guess he is the owner is a nasty greedy person. He let a girl who didn’t know what she was doing handle my services and when I showed him that I was missing a quarter of my brow? His response was “should have took a picture before and after.” His client in his chair at the time even looked at my eyebrow and immediately noticed. I asked for a refund in the amount $10 and he refused. I disputed it thru my bank and got it back but missing my eyebrow can’t be fixed. It has to grow in. He showed no remorse for it and for that I’ll stop anybody from using their services so they don’t wind up in this same predicament. Instead go to Paris nails next to Koreana on Moon Road. Ask for MiMi. They will take way better care of you.

I got mani and Pedi for a special occasion. I was not happy with the service I got. I just will not patronize establishment again. The polish was peeling after a day. I was offered gel service for an extra $20 but I declined. I felt it should have been included for the price I paid.

Kenn asked me to come at 10 am. He got there at 10:42 am. He wasn’t apologetic but asked me what I wanted. I asked for a simple painted gel fill in. His gel polishing looked unprofessionally done. He asked me about doing a design. I said ok. The design would have looked ok probably on a different nail polish color. His sense of humor is unbearable. He tells his customers, you make me sick or you get in my nerves. I don’t like being told that. I will not go back for service there. They charged 120 for a gel fill in and gel pedicure. He also needs to get new polish because the gel polish did not want to set under the light. He had to redo my nail polish a couple of times. This was a first and last for me.

I had a remarkable first-time experience at this location, receiving exceptional service and top-notch nail care. The staff, particularly 'I', went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction and well-being, which is a rare find these days. I will definitely recommend Elegant Nails and especially 'I' to all my friends.

I’ve been a customer of Elegant Nails for about 6 years and Ken has been my mail tech the entire time. I can go to him with pic and he delivers or exceeds my expectations even though I’ve been going for him for that length of time. I seem to always get several compliments on how pretty my nails are whenever I’m out. When I can’t get in to see him and go somewhere else I never get my nails to look as good as when he does them
