Elegant Nails Spa

I have been a customer for 7 years. After this experience I will no longer come to this location. It is extremely disappointing to say the least. The nail polish is low quality, sloppy and not a complete job. Attached is the picture. I do better gel nails at home. I am embarrassed to wear this. I got $5 off the bill. I couldn’t leave this place fast enough.

I recently visited Elegant Nails and I was thoroughly impressed with both the service and the atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff and offered a beverage, setting a welcoming tone for the experience. The salon itself is impeccably clean and stylishly designed, with a calming ambiance that made it easy to relax. The technicians were professional, attentive, and clearly skilled. My nail technician took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and executed the design flawlessly. Mary is an outstanding tech. I opted for a LCN overlay. Mary did my full set for me and matched my inspiration picture perfectly! Every time I get my nails done here they last for 3-4 weeks, and I get so many compliments on them! The salon looks great and has a very friendly environment. I highly recommend making an appointment with Mary if you want to get acrylics done with designs, or anything because she can do it all!

I had a terrible experience at Elegant Nail Salon on July 13th. I went in for an acrylic soak-off and a dip manicure, which cost me $60. Unfortunately, the service I received was mediocre at best. My technician, Tina, was very rough with the drill on my natural nails, causing significant pain. This should have been my cue to leave, but I chose to stay, hoping the situation would improve. Sadly, it didn’t. The dip products started chipping the very next day. To make matters worse, the staff were unfriendly, and the salon lacked a warm and inviting atmosphere. Given the high price and poor service, I highly recommend NOT GOING TO THIS SALON. It was an overall terrible experience.

Very dissatisfied with the full set with dipping powder and pedicure with gel. The sides of my nails had visible white sides, the finishing is horrible and no clean up of excess. Pedicure polish looks like I did it at home. The owner told me my nails looked good to her so I figured she obviously has low standards. You decide. I wouldn’t waste my time or money here. This was the end result of what they felt was good quality. These services were performed today.
