I booked an Acrylic french set due to my nail breaking last minute. I got booked with Michelle and I have to say best french set I've ever gotten! Her technique and time she put in was exceptional. She was also a pleasure to talk to. The salon is so cozy and easy to find. I definitely just found my new spot! PS. come to Elegant Nails and Spa and ask for Michelle!!!

I’ve had a HORRIBLE experience. I went to the salon for a gel manicure and pedicure. The pedicure took less than 10 minutes (usually other salons actually take their time to do the job properly), afterwards was waiting for 40 minutes to get my manicure (I was late for a reservation - was supposed to end at 5 pm, ended at 5:40), the nail artist cut me three times and the nails look really cheap - thick and uneven. The color isn’t nice either but fair enough, I picked it (although on their manequin it looked quite different). At the end I didn’t leave a tip and they got offended…

I’ve been going to Michelle at Elegant Nails for about six months now, and I honestly will never go anywhere else! She does the most perfect Gel X nails, designs and all. Every single time they come out flawless, strong, and exactly how I want them. She’s super consistent, incredibly fast (without ever rushing), and her attention to detail is unmatched. The vibe at Elegant Nails is so cozy and welcoming. It's giving cozy late 90s Norah Jones. Everyone there is so sweet and remembers my name (shoutout Leo!). If you’re looking for a nail tech who truly knows what she’s doing, go see Michelle. I discovered Michelle during a last-minute, much-needed search for a nail technician. She is truly exceptional. Michelle is not only swift and professional but also highly personable, and she flawlessly executed the exact look I requested.
