Elegant Nails Spa & Salon

So many great things to say about this nail salon! The family that owns it is so nice, welcoming, and very attentive to detail. Linda has been doing my nails for years and I never want to go anywhere else. The spa pedicure is amazing, super relaxing. Linda does an amazing job creating the designs I want every time on my nails. Love this salon!

If I could give 0 stars I would ☹️ I came in for a simple take off of a gel manicure, and they butchered my nails leaving them weak and tearing. Instead of soaking and gently pushing off the polish, a very young man used a filing drill. He was so harsh and filed so deeply into the nail that I could feel the friction from the drill heating up my nail beds. At one point it burned and I yelled and jerked my hand away! He just looked at me. My nails look like they’ve been sandpapered. And they are so paper thin that they are tearing into the nail bed. This is so painful and upsetting, I can’t believe any reputable business would cause pain and injury to their clients in this manner! Stay away!

I love coming here. I always have the best experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. My nails turn out flawless each and every time and my preference with style of nail is always heard. I really appreciate how clean and relaxing the salon feels. Their attention to detail is always on point and I always leave feeling pampered and refreshed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service, whether it’s a mani, pedi or wax, I always have the best quality service here.

This is honestly one of the worst sets I’ve ever had. I asked for a blue cat eye French with a metallic gold outline, I also showed an example image and they stated that they could do it. I was told by one of the men that they could do it and he began working on my nails. Then Linda takes me as her client and they switch off, when she begins to paint she goes to do the cat eye color over the entire nail and I stopped her and stated that’s not what I asked for. I showed her the image and made sure a second time that they could do the same design with a metallic gold and she stated they could. Do NOT come to this salon, this is the first time I have ever felt the need to write a review for any place i’ve ever been. This place is NASTY. I have already reported them to the board of health. I was getting a pedicure and I looked up from my phone to see him using a dirty nail file and buffer, both of which had clearly been used all day long without cleaning, and I watched him throw them both right back in the box next to my chair to be used on the next person after using them on me. He then pulled out a literal cheese grater to use on my FOOT??? I asked him to skip that part, so he pulls out a few more things from a drawer that were not wrapped but I gave the benefit of the doubt that they were cleaned properly.
