Elegant Nails & Spa

I have been going to Elegant Nails for over 10 years. This used to be a well run business. However, the last 3 appts I made using their online booking platform were canceled by Hung at 8 pm the night before. I had a 4th appt and they took walk ins ahead of me and left me sitting for an hour despite having an appointment. I voiced my concern and was told if I waited I would get a discount. The discount ended up being an impressive $2.50 per person (for 2 people.) Hung states that they take appts by phone and I have booked at exactly the same time online and therefore my appt is the one to be canceled. However, they do not allow their customers to cancel within 24 hours and you have to confirm this by checking a box. If you call by phone nobody answers the phone. I asked to speak to Lindsay

Care service very flexible if you decide to change your mind last minute 😅 definitely recommend booking an appointment rather than just going in great price as well definitely recommend for any nail needs.

Awful pedicure. My bad for not checking before I left because I was in a rush but wow. Half my nails aren’t even painted all the way and you can see my old polish that wasn’t fully removed. I was in and out in less than 25 minutes which included taking off my old gel… or as you can see taking off some of it but not all of it…

This place is very hit or miss, mostly a miss. I had been to this specific nail tech for a design very similar and had talked to her about what I wanted for my wedding day nails and booked an appointment to come back for said wedding nails. She double booked my appointment and did the worst acrylic nail job I’ve ever had. They were paper thin, splotchy and sloppy and she filed edges so jagged there were chunks missing from my fingers and they were bleeding when I left. I brought all my bridesmaids so they knew very well these were for my wedding. I was so disappointed and she then upcharged $80 for what was a $55 service.

I’ve been going to Elegant for a few years now. Hung is my manicurist and I look forward to going every other week. He does an EXCELLENT job! I started taking my 19 year old daughter who is Developmentally Disabled, Henry does her nails & she LOVES HIM! He is very good with her. It feels good to see how excited she gets when he applies her new color every 3-4 weeks. I’ll continue going as long as they’re there. Very satisfied!!
