My daughter and I went to get both pedicures and a full set on our finger nails. The pedicures were great. But our finger nails no so good . We sat there so long and $285 later this is what we got . I am very disappointed. If you cannot do the design then say so . Waiting peoples money and time is never ok

The customer flow is not ideal if you are not a local. The locals and regulars are the priority of this establishment. I signed in and waited patiently. I watched and waited as others left and arrived after me. The nail techs gravitate towards the regulars and leave you sitting at the station. I asked and was told I had just arrived. I had been there to see several customers receive and complete services. I left without receiving services and went to a neighboring location and received great service. If you are in this area, there are more locations to service your needs. I am not a local, but was passing through the area and in need of services..

I am not satisfied at all. I really don’t Look at my nails until I got home because looking at them from the top looks good but when you turn them Sideways it’s ridiculous. I don’t get my nails done that often but expect to get my moneys worth and done right when I do. This is the first time I had this problem with yaw and im very upset.

I used to come here over a year ago and felt like they did a good job. Now I feel otherwise. Everyone in there can not do nails so they need to position employees accordingly. No one to do designs and the design they try is awful. Also they way they do tips is sad. I have had much better job from bootleggers. Will not get my money again.

Second time coming to this location and just like I said in my previous review they were once again fantastic! This time my nail technician was named Andy and he did an awesome job. Very meticulous and light handed on my ticklish feet and toes. I also brought my sister with me and we both had a wonderful experience. So glad to have a great nail salon to go to that is so close by with great service, pricing, staff, and top notch work! 10 out of 10 we WILL be back again! Thanks Andy my toes look great! 💕
