The ladies here are so sweet and do a great job. Taking a point off because the rewards system is ridiculous. You get 5% of what you spend as points, but need 800 points to earn a 10 minute massage, meaning you have to spend $16,000 for something worth $10. 😂

They do an awesome job here. Always a calm and relaxing experience. They also do a great eyebrow wax, but I usually come for mani pedis.

I went today for a pedicure and manicure, I have been before for pedicures and they are really good! The manicure today was unfortunately no good, weird lumps of gel product, uneven form on the nails and the French circles are all uneven. They are all so lovely here so I feel bad, but unfortunately I work in a job that requires nails done, I will now have to go somewhere else to get them redone and pay double. I did mention to them it wasn’t well done, I’m very surprised they charged me full price and even 15$ extra for the french! The French is so uneven I really can’t believe they charge extra for the service. I will go back only for pedicures and because all the girls are so nice. They just need more training with nails and they really should give my money back for the manicure. Edit: I

Overall service was good I still feel my callus. I was disgusted that I was forced to give 10% tip. Next time notify before services that tips are mandatory

Great and cozy place with excellent service! Very nice staff, Alexandra took care of me and did an amazing job. I did a gel manicure and removed the nail polish I had on. Got a back massage too 😍 I am very satisfied and recommend you to try.
