Rachel is a phenomenal massage therapist. Has helped me with chronic pain as well as relaxing stress from my shoulders. Grace at the front desk is great as well, always on top of appointments, payments, and just being a warm and friendly face to greet me.

🚨‼️BEWARE PRIOR TO BOOKING YOU MAY BE SECRETLY CHARGED‼️🚨 I unfortunately did not have a pleasant experience at elements massage in Shrewsbury. As soon as the massage was over I was hit with $50 IN HIDDEN FEES that I was absolutely not aware of prior to booking! That is NOT a light charge. I didn’t bother to explain and paid the fee anyway, wanting to leave immediately after. As for the massage, I found it to be mediocre at best and thought it could have been better overall. Money was NOT WELL spent here. Will certainly not be returning to ANY of these locations.

Michelle was amazing. I've had many massages over the years and Michelle used some techniques that were even new to me that addressed some key areas I struggle with. She's a master of her craft and I couldn't recommend her more.

My experience here was fantastic. The front desk and receptionists were amazing, incredibly sweet and compassionate, and Poppy was above and beyond the best massage I have had in over 20 years. I can’t even explain how incredibly happy I am and if the rest of the members of your team are anything like her, then you will forever have glowing reviews and have my business.
