I went to Elements because I was having neck pain. Miche listened to my concerns. She was clearly very knowledgeable about anatomy and physiology. She gave me a great therapeutic massage and was able to fix my shoulder and neck issues. Very nice environment. Nice receptionist. Pricing is in line with what other salons charge. I definitely recommend for anyone in need of a therapeutic massage.
Love the staff there but there is never anyone answering the phone. If I can't get ahold of them I will have to dispute my monthly charges because I can't get ahold of them to use my massage credits. I've tried calling at all times of the day and I ALWAYS get their machine 😓
Alicia is awesome. Extra deep tissue massage. Price isn't too bad either.
I had a great massage experience! The therapist took the time to listen to my specific body concerns, which made me feel heard and comfortable. They focused on problem areas for longer when needed, tailoring the session perfectly. Highly recommend!
Regina is an amazing therapist. Very open to any suggestions regarding pressure, etc. I had fallen appx 2 weeks prior and had compressed a disc. Had hip and leg joint pain. After massage NO pain.
