Love Elevate Salon! Always clean, calm salon with great music. All of the stylists are great! They know hair and take care of clients with all different types hair needs.

My mother too was over charged by Star! She wanted a Demi color n silk press and was charged well over 200!! She also paid a deposit! Price gouging needs to stop!!

Scott at Elevate Salon & Spa is so amazing! Not only is he talented at his craft but his energy and customer service is impeccable. He is a master with my blonde pixie & never ceases to amaze me. The salon is always clean & I love how i can sip on expensive wine while i get my hair done. I absolutely love my experience at Elevate Salon! I wish it was possible to give 10 stars because this Salon is top tier! Highly recommended

My mom stopped by on Saturday, July 5, to book a root touch-up for Sunday, July 6—I was on the phone with her when she made the appointment and heard them quote $85. After her appointment, she was charged $200 and she was shocked. I manage her finances, so I called Monday morning for an explanation and left a message when no one answered. When someone called back, he refused to give his name and insisted she’d received a “relaxer” and “silk press”—services she never asked for or understood (English is her second language, and this salon is in a 55+ residence). He claimed he had video proof, was rude and argumentative, and offered no apology or refund. Meanwhile I kmow what she asked for since I was on the phone when appt was booked, Bait-and-switch pricing, language-barrier exploitation

Scott is an amazing hair stylist with lots of experience. He always treats me right and I leave his chair looking and feeling AMAZING.
