Elite Nail Spa

I would highly recommend Elite Nails and Kena. I needed to find a new nail place and just happened to stop by because it was close to my home. I wish I would have stopped by years ago! Kena is so sweet and kind and always able to work with my schedule. My nails always look beautiful!! Had to share my new holiday set!!

Just stopped in for a pedicure. Had previous pleasant experiences with them but this time was not so pleasant. Had to ask her 4 times to make them shorter. And kept repeating I wanted them square and she continued to round them out and clip the corners. My toes look like bubbles. Even after all that I would have left a more generous tip if I wouldn't have had to come home and remove the excess polish from my skin. Terrible job.

I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE. I normally don’t pay for this type of service because it’s expensive, but today I decided to treat myself for a special occasion — and THE RESULT WAS HORRIBLE. The technician only applied some creams and nothing else. She first told me one price, and then at the end she charged me something different. There was almost no communication during the whole service, and she only spoke to me at the end to tell me the price. I asked for square-shaped nails, but she cut them terribly uneven, and when I asked her to fix them, she did it with a bad attitude and still left them crooked. She didn’t remove my cuticles properly, even though I specifically asked for it. Then she painted my nails with old, dry nail polish, so she had to apply many coats — a

I love Elite Nail Spa! I had such a lovely experience getting my nails done for my graduation. The service was very quick and my nails came out so beautiful. The customer service was also excellent. I highly recommend to anyone looking to get their nails done!
