English /Spanish review: This was my first time going to a nail spa in Herndon Virginia, and I was worried because I am a perfectionist! So this was my experience : Top customer service since the moment you call for an appointment. Personal is respectful, kind, and always asks what you want and then explains what you need. Jackie, who was in charge of my manicure took her time, and I didn't have to double-check her work because she is detail-oriented. I couldn't recommend this place more! I had an amazing experience! Service was amazing, staff was friendly and kind, even offered complementary drinks. Hannah is extremely talented and did exactly what I asked for, she was so pleasant to talk to throughout my service! I also have a genetic imperfection on one of my fingers where one of my nails is very small but she perfectly accommodated to this 🥹🥹 if I could give 10 stars I would. Very fair prices as well, only $75 for the whole gel x set thank you so much Hannah and all the other staff for their wonderful work :)

I love Elite Nail Salon and especially Hannah! She never fails to deliver excellent service! She is simply the best I’ve been to in a very long time. She is attentive to me and most importantly, to the health of my nails. I feel as though Hannah really cares for me just as much as she does her work. If she’s not completely happy with a design she isn’t afraid to start over to make sure she’s giving the best service. After all, she wants to make sure you are getting your money’s worth!

Since coming to Virginia, this is the first nail salon I have been to, and my favorite of all is Heidi! She is, without a doubt, one of the most talented nail technicians I've seen in quite some time. She's friendly, funny, and makes you feel comfortable and confident in her abilities. I highly recommend her, and I've already used her services three times in a matter of weeks. The salon is clean, everyone is friendly, and there is an overall feeling of comfort. I highly recommend the salon and Heidi. I wholeheartedly second my recommendation 💯❤️ And I'm back again

​I recently visited Elite Nails and Spa and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service. My nail technician, Hannah, was not only highly skilled but also professional and incredibly kind. She took her time to ensure every detail was perfect, from the cuticle care to the polish application. My acrylic overlay nails look exactly what I like. I can confidently say that this is one of the best nail salon experiences I've had, and I will definitely be returning.
