Elite Nails

Just left. The pedicure was awesome. Although I had to tell them several times that the water was way too hot. I was supposed to be soaking but couldn't because I felt like my skin was going to burn off. Aside from that, my gel nails are awesome. Even color and not a spot out of place. I would recommend this place!

Heidi is great. I don’t like the TV blaring with the news on it because that does not allow a peaceful atmosphere. If they put peaceful music on like they had at one time, the place would be great. It is clean and you can usually get an appointment when you walk in.

Over 1-1/2 hours for a refill because man was falling asleep the entire time while working on my nails. Completely glued my hands up dozing off while applying glue to the underneath of my nails for whatever reason. My hands are covered in polish and glue. NEVER AGAIN!

Their work is decent, however, their poor customer service and wait time will discourage you from coming here. I could go on and on but the bottom line: THEY NEED TO HIRE MORE WORKERS!!!! It doesn’t make sense to have four nail stations and two people working it. Doesn’t make sense to have four pedicure chairs and one person doing pedicures!!! You could be servicing EIGHT people at once but you only service three at a time due to being understaffed. Then, the staff who is servicing is not friendly. Their daughter is, however, she doesn’t do most of the work. I won’t be giving them any more chances!! Def not worth it!
