Elite Nails & Spa

I have gone to this salon before and had fine experiences, but the last was quite disappointing. The staff is friendly, however the experience I think varies drastically between employees. I asked for round filed nails to maintain my previous length, and ended up cut square nails. The cuticle work left my skin around my nails dry and chopped, and one finger bled. I apply cuticle oil daily so this is not their typical look. The polish got on my skin, and did not cover my nail. When I informed the technician there was a polish brush hair stuck in the nail polish, she first attempted to simply paint over it rather than removing. I had to ask a second time to have it removed. Thank GOD they were able to squeeze me in same-day! And they worked wonders on my poor nails after another shop absolutely BUTCHERED them. Ladies at Elite are a godsend!

This is my favorite nail salon! I have gotten my dip manicures here for awhile now. They take their time with me and are very gentle I’ve had several different techs each time I go. And they all do a great job. I hate going to a nail salon where they rush and cause pain with the drills, Elite is not like that!

Yesterday, I went to Elite Nails and Spa to get a manicure (full set). Making an appointment beforehand was quick and easy. Staff were very friendly, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment when I entered the salon. They assisted me with checking in and assigned me to one of the available nail technicians. The area I was sitting at was clean, as well as the rest of the salon. Staff asked me what I needed and were able to do that. I got acrylic tips with gel and pink rhinestones on a few of my fingers. My nail technician was friendly, kind, patient and detail oriented, ensuring that I received the service that I needed. They were gentle with my hands and fingers as well.
