Very disappointing experience. My nails were done in a rushed and careless way, and they look awful. The salon had an overwhelming chemical smell and didn’t seem ventilated at all. It was difficult to breathe, and the space did not feel clean. The staff constantly talked to each other in another language, which made me feel ignored, as if I wasn’t even there. It was also hard to communicate. The overall atmosphere felt unprofessional, and I did not feel welcomed or valued as a customer. It seemed like they had no understanding of what good customer service means. I felt like I didn’t want to stay there even a minute longer. I do not recommend this place and will not be returning.

Got a pedicure and powder nails for me and my mother on Wednesday- today is Monday. We paid $180 for both of us and my nails look awful it or hasn’t even been a week. The pedicure have chipped off. Do not recommend I went back to see if they could fix them and they were super rude.

Horrible service. My mother came in for a French tip manicure and pedicure yesterday. The pedicure looked horrendous, this was all being done while she had her sandals on . She paid for a service that was NOT provided . She chose the pedicure that includes a scrub, mask and 15min massage. She never got any of that but was charged for it . Do NOT recommend this place at all.

I really love to come here to get my nails done. Because they do great jobs and they have so many colors to choose. It’s a big and beautiful shop. Especially the certain separate peoples. That feels safe to me. Even I was vaccinated. They do lots works to keep their shop clean and safe. I’m happy to come here.

Service was terrible. I asked for square nails and i received this ugly shape. When i got to my pedicure i asked for him to use the foot scraper which he did. Then he went on to start massaging. I then asked was he gonna use the foot exfoliating sponge he told me i didn’t need it. Nor did he use any oil. I left out with dry crusty feeling feet. Overall i was very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service. It’s safe to say they’ve lost a customer, which sucks because this was my bi weekly stop after work.
