They’re extremely courteous but… these nails don’t look like were done by an experienced tech. One nail polished pealed the next morning (less than 24 hours), the gel wasn’t curated well. They look like a toddler painted them. So disappointing.

Went in with my daughter and her friend. I wanted a fill and they wanted pedicures. Owner told me it would be an hour wait. No problem... I would go do another errand and come back. We returned within the hour and the girls were seated immediately with no issue, but the owner was seating someone at her station and told me 10 min. No problem again, I can wait 10 more min. I told the pedicure techs regular deluxe for the girls and I went to sit and wait. The male tech that did my daughter is way too rough to be doing pedicures. I've said something before to him and the owner. But nothing changed. Watch who he's doing and you will see not one of them are relaxed while he provides service. Then they proceeded to do gel on the girls which cost and extra 20 each. 45 min later the girls are done

I just went there today and got a pedicure with regular polish. I had gel on my toes previously . She’s didn’t buff the nail to make it smooth. My big toes look bumpy and rough. My pinky toe is cut slanted. Only pro : They were nice the massage chairs were great.

Dean did such an amazing job on my nails! I am so happy with them and will definitely be returning for my next nail appointment.

Amazing service! I love all the remodeling. I wouldn’t go to another nail salon. & for the people who complain about a wait til, y’all need to chill out. If you make an appointment you would be good to go. If you’re a walk-in like me then you know you’ll be waiting for a little amount of time. All of the staff is friendly & also do amazing work.
