Elite Nails Spa

Very upsetting. I make press on nails. I live local and work at a nail salon in Raleigh but we do not offer acrylic services so I figured I would check these guys out. I regret it. It is Sunday, November 16, I got these on Wednesday the 12th. FIVE days and it looks like I need a fill-in. This is not too far off from how they looked when I left in tears. They are thick, uneven, my (untrimmed) cuticles are a wreck. Everything about the experience was questionable, from the sanitation practices (he did not open a fresh manicure pack, did not retrieve a fresh towel, was using old files, never wiped the table, did not dust off my nails after grinding and prior to applying the tips...lots of red flags) to the customer service, but maybe that was just my tech. Absolutely, positively coming back! Last nail tech I went to did not do my nails properly. Ruby at Elite Nails fixed me right up! I’m so in love with the outcome ! It’s giving Wicked, follow the yellow brick road type vibe!

My wife brought me here as a spa day an it was a grate experience. This my 2nd time doing this with her the first time I did this at a different shop I felt like an odd ball and unwelcomed. My foot hurt after the skin was so thin and burned and bled. Here I had Miss.Lee and she was so nice and spoke to me we had a great conversation and had a lot in common when she was done i felt refreshed and my feet felt light lol her nephew finished my nails and he was also friendly and had jokes. This was a 10 out 10 experience ill be back. Guys do this with your lady and fight her over who gets Miss.Lee!!! Thank you Miss. Lee and Family!

GREAT SERVICE. First time in this place, now on, it will be my spot. I got a pedicure only. Normally, I go every other month to a place in Smithfield for my pedi. I stared working in Wilson so decided to try a salon in the Wilson area, so I stopped there. My last pedi was in December (in the other place). Today this guy removed so much death skin from my feet that I even felt embarrassed. It was like I haven't had a pedi in years! He not only removed all that death skin, he gave me a massage, exfoliate from my knee down, hot towels, etc, a real pedi-spa. (I choose the option #2). My husband and I moved here a year ago and have been going to places just to end up with dissatisfaction, that was until today. They took time to make sure our feet and hands were as they should be. Not just wanting quick money. We highly recommend and we will definitely be repeat customers!
