Elite Nails

if you are particular about how you would like your nails to look I would not recommend this salon. I went in and showed an image of the design I would like and instead of telling me she would not be able to do it she tried which is appreciated however i would’ve chose something else. I went back in maybe 5 minutes after I left and explained what I disliked, there was a young girl upfront who told me I could come in and they would redo them however when I went back to get them redone there was a lady upfront who rudely told me they would not redo it. No money back. nothing. Here is images of what i wanted, what i got, and what i went home and did.

I had been going to this salon for five years as they do an excellent job every time. Until recently, My tech was running 35 minutes late For my appointment. She had an appointment after mines. The manager called the customer to let her know, my tech was running late. Shouldn’t have been an issue. She took her time with my manicure. When she saw she was coming close to the time For her next appointment, she rushed through my pedicure. I politely asked her if she could slow down and provide me the service I deserved. I even told her she could delegate the task to another technician if that suited her better. She sarcastically laughed in my face, Got up and went and got her manager. In a nutshell, I was told that they did not have that time to give me. I will not be returning.

I have been going to Elite Nails for years and I can say that I will not be going back! The prices have become outrageous! Also, the last several times I have been there, they have done a horrible job! Yesterday I was there for 2 1/2 hours, the lady that did my toes did okay, the woman that did my fingers did horrible. Unfortunately, I wear gel, so I am stuck with these nails for a few weeks!

My intention is to not complain about the nail tech. Just the business. We paid $70 for our daughter to have her nails done. She was unhappy with the results. A staff member told her they would fix them and to come back when she had time. When she returned not only did they not fix them she was told they will not fix them at all. Even recognizing the told her they would they day before.

My husband and I had spa pedicures today at Elite Nails, and the experience was perfect from start to finish. The service was exceptional, and the spa treatment included a relaxing hand massage as well as a soothing hot stone massage on our feet and lower legs. We both left feeling pampered and refreshed. I highly recommend the spa pedicure at Elite Nails!
