Best nail salon in High Point/Greensboro!! Newly renovated, great selection of colors, great environment, and very clean. The team was really sweet and easy-going. They took the time to help me pick out my nail color and it turned out so cute! Also got to enjoy a free drink from their new bar :) Highly recommend!!

I love this place! It's huge yet very relaxing, with beautiful lighting, no news playing like at other salons, relaxing music. James did a spectacular job on my SNS. Vince and V were also very accommodating. They have fun champagne cocktails instead of the simple wine selection. This is me favorite nail salon!

I have been coming to Elite Nail Spa since June of this year and every experience has been wonderful! They have such a huge color selection and the new renovations are breathtaking! I have had a few different technicians and they all were great! I even broke a nail a couple of days after getting them done (totally my fault) and they were kind enough to work me in and fix it! I am in LOVE with their new cat eyes colors they just got in! They are PERFECT for the holiday season! Juat call and book the appointment now, you will be thankful you did! The green i am wearing in the photo is by Hang Gel and is #17, Green Water Ghost and they were done by the sweet Anna! 🥰

Elite is my favorite nail salon in town. I personally go to see Lily and she always does an amazing job. The salon is so friendly and flexible when it comes to making appointments. I highly recommend Elite Spa Nails if you want a great nail experience every time!
