As a former nail technician, I really wanted to love this nail salon, and at first glance it appears appealing because of the drinks and the overall vibe. Unfortunately, when it comes to what actually matters — nail quality, and accountability — this place fell short. Although the salon claims to care about nail Quality , my experience showed otherwise. When I checked my nails at home they were a mess and the quality was mess up in the nail shape, chipping l and design falling off, and when I reached out to honor their stated warranty. I even asked before leaving that day NO TOP COAT was applied I don’t think will last. However the surprise was even bigger, I was disappointed not only because it was not honored, but because I was cut off like a client even when I didn’t make a fuss if it

I come all the time, and I absolutely love it here. So affordable and the workers are so hospitable! Amazing atmosphere and the two managers are so kind. Offering free beverages and taking care of my purse. I don’t even have to sacrifice price for th amazing quality here because they’re some of the most affordable services I’ve seen in San Angelo!! I especially love Rose! She’s so attentive, sweet, and amazing with nails and waxing. I love getting a pedicure after a long week. Especially the lavender pedicure. The paraffin wax treatment is amazing. I treat myself with the sports pedicure too. It has deep massage for much longer, and a hot stone treatment. I love Elle!!

I love this place! Best place in San Angelo! The staff stay here too, not a high turn over. Everyone here is so nice! The service is amazing! Love the drinks. Never had a bad experience here! ANNA does AMAZING on my nails, I always go in with requests for different designs for different holidays and Anna ALWAYS nails it so perfectly!! I always get compliments :) GIA does my mom’s nails and she does absolutely amazing!! Shapes them flawlessly ! Always so classy! Gia is so sweet and makes sure the nails she does are exactly how you want:) LYLY does my pedicures and NAOMI does my mom’s. Feels absolutely amazing! These ladies always do their best and take their time with the massage and hot stone and ensure our ingrowns are out and our feet are relieved :) TRACY is the an amazing owner /

Tracy always does an amazing job on my nails! I never have to wait past my appointment time & no matter what I want she always delivers an awesome set! 10/10 every time 😍

The actual technician was very good and kind however the extremely long wait that we had with an appointment was ridiculous. My sister and I had an appointment at 2:30pm and my pedicure didn't start until 3:25 and my sister didn't start until 3:40. I understand walk-ins, but to have appointments wait for over an hour is unacceptable. Also, the smell is very overwhelming. Definitely needs better ventilation. The first chair that you can sit in for pedicures is broken and the water that is in that bowl is at best, lukewarm.
