Elle Salon

I have been coming to Elle salon for almost a year now. All of their staff are incredibly friendly. I get my blonde done by Lauren H, she is truly the most talented and friendliest person. My hair has never felt so healthy while still being blonde. The salon itself feels like an RH showroom, it’s beautiful. I would highly recommend this salon.

Reese was an absolute sweetheart and did such a great job! She listened to everything I wanted and was super patient and made sure I got exactly what I had envisioned. She went above and beyond in making me feel welcomed and I am looking forward to coming have her do my hair again.

They have really good results They treat my hair perfectly however they always adding something to the bill in the end without letting me know… and when I’m arriving to the reception for to pay, it’s was 70$ + extra every time while I’m booking for something that’s supposed to be included … horrible ! trying to maximize the “sale” while you’re actually paying for the service and they just put for more stuff… Not my first time if they didn’t had a good job on my hair, I will replace them because they not clear about prices and to fight with them in the reception is not necessary every appointment. Overall, I paid 400 bucks while I was supposed to pay way less.

I’m posting this from my burner account to share my personal experience. It’s been years since I’ve been here but I’d like to share how I felt, as I recently came across this salon on my feed and it reminded me of why I will never let anyone else handle my hair. I have very thick hair and it’s naturally 3 ft long. I wanted caramel balayage/highlights. The girl who colored my hair was kind and did a good job. But there was a different girl who “styled” my hair. Her name was Jordyn and she had short blonde hair at the time. Now just to be clear - she didn’t say anything outright rude, but the way she handled my hair was. As she was blow drying my hair, she AGGRESSIVELY tugged on it, ripping it out from my scalp.
