I was really excited to get a balayage and invested over $300, expecting a beautiful result. Unfortunately, the color turned out too light and brassy, so I returned to have a toner applied to correct it. While the toner toned it down, it ended up too dark and completely covered the dimension I was hoping for. After the blow dry, I was offered a simple wash to help fade the toner — but that didn’t feel like a real correction, just a temporary workaround. I was told the toner would fade after several washes, but when you invest that much time and money, you expect to see a result you’re happy with from day one — not days later. The salon is clean and the staff were polite, but overall, I left feeling disappointed. Just sharing my honest experience so others can be more prepared when booking
