I was so happy to find a place where I can feel safe while getting a treatment during COVID. The facility is very clean and the staff is great! Susan is very professional and I’m seeing the results in my skin. The girls at work have noticed the improvement in my skin. I’m so happy to have my skin improving despite wearing a mask all day at work.

I will never go anywhere else to get my beauty facial treatments/ Maintance done. I drive all the way from Naperville, and it’s worth every mile coming here. I love Elle Homme but this particular location is where it’s at because of the beautiful people working here. Susan who works the front feels like home/ family! Such a down to earth, sweet soul. Cristina is also very sweet but she is so patient everytime I unleash an insane amount of questions lol, does the best job on my lips, extremely informative and professional. Thank you ladies for all you do, keeping me beautiful, and making selfcare/ me time that much better. FYI I looked for you on Yelp to leave the same review and couldn’t find you

I live out of town and did considerable research to find a spa in Chicago that is wellness & healing focused and not commercial. It was a birthday treat for my daughter, and Azul delivered! I had the BEST massage in my life, and the entire experience was so peaceful. The entire staff took care of us from beginning to end. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience.

I rarely review anything, but my experience at Azul was review-worthy. I had a Gilt massage voucher for the River North location with Magdalena. Though it took awhile to find an open time slot (can't blame the salon for being busy with the Gilters), I'm so glad I was patient. Magdalena was very knowledgeable, used a house-blend of Coconut oil with essential oils, took her time, and made sure to check in with me throughout the massage to adjust pressure, blankets, and heating packs. It didn't feel like she was cutting corners or rushing at all. I left feeling relaxed and renewed. One of the salon's owners also met me as I was checking out to introduce herself and personally ask about my satisfaction. Really stellar - keep it up Azul!

My skin has suffered from sun damage over the years. I was searching for a medical spa that offered services to help with this. Ellehomme in the West Loop offers a variety of services. The space is clean and the staff is friendly. I had a photo facial with Susan. She is professional and methodical. I appreciate the great service! It was my first time at this spa. I bought a package so I will be back for more treatments. Highly recommend!
