We had an incredible massage with our 90 min service. A mix of deep tissue, hot stone, Thai techniques, and some reflexology. We both agree it was in the top 5 massages we have had, and we have had them all over the world. Much gratitude for both of their skills.

I purchased a couples massage off of Groupon for $200 for 90minutes. When me and my fiancée arrived the atmosphere was dule and they did not provide refreshments like on the website photos, when we were escorted to our room we changed into our towels and waiting 20 minutes in the room before starting. The two lady’s who provided the services had us fill out a form of any person info they should know like massage level (light, medium, deep tissue) I don’t think they even looked at the forms because before they started they asked us what level of massage we wanted so we restated medium level. As soon as we got started I noticed that my massage lady was using a lot of forces as if I stated I wanted deep Tissue level of massage when I stated medium. I purchased the Groupon for a 90-minute couples massage and scheduled our appointment for Valentine's Day. The next day I got a call from the owner saying they had overbooked and have to reschedule. Not great, but whatever, we scheduled an appointment for the afternoon of the 15th instead. Then the morning of the 15th arrived, and I got a voicemail stating they made a mistake and my 3:30 time slot was unavailable but they could get us in at 5:30 at their Maple Grove location. The voicemail finished with "never mind, ignore this." Like OK, now I'm worried we're going to show up and not have an appointment so I had to call back 3 times before someone finally answered and confirmed our appointment. The service was decent - but I was never given my online $160 deposit back when the deposit was supposed to be $30 and the actual service was supposed to be $160. When I asked about the deposit after the service was performed, I was supposed to receive the credit back in "a couple of days." After taxes, I was charged $200 on the day of service and $160 for the deposit I never got back, therefore ended up getting charged a total of $360 for a couple's message that was supposed to be around $200. I called on left two voicemails - never heard back. Called again 10 days later, was told the supervisor would call me within a "couple of days." Never heard back. Tried to go in person, the doors were locked. "A couple of days" seems to be their favorite saying here and they try to take advantage of

Booked a couples massage for Valentine's Day, only for the door to be locked upon arrival. Waited 20 minutes until finally contacting the owner. Had to call in three times just for him to pick up and was told that the previous customers had mostly arrived late for their appointments and thus now we had to wait. It's not right to put other people's lateness on the next appointment... Very poor customer service. I recommend avoiding this place unless you are willing to wait.
