Sigh. Look how they did me yall. Then charged my card the wrong amount. Tried to give them a few days to thaw out but nope. Nope. The first photo is reference pic from A VIDEO I showed her. Every time I went to lift my head up she told me to put it down. She asked if I liked it and I said unuhhh she was dipping my hair with cold water and dabbing at the braids with a washcloth. I came in washed and blow dried bone straight. She still put this ratty looking blow dryer on my hair that had hair caked into it. I told her I didn’t need that at all. I’ve never found a good shop in Charlotte. I literally cried on the way out as I had no time to get it fixed or done over. Don’t come here for knotless especially to the lady in the front. The TARDINESS on my appointment was super unprofessional. This lady rescheduled twice and still ARRIVED 30 MINUTES LATE!! My appointment was originally set at 9:30am on Sunday Aug.31st. She texted me earlier that morning and said can I come at 10am instead. So I agreed. I arrived at the shop at exactly 10am. And nobody was inside and the light were off! I called and she didn’t even pick up. She then called me and then hung up!( which was so weird) so I called and she then sent a text message saying she’s on the way. Steph can’t braid! She folded my face for the cornrows. The box braids were nice but the parts were trash. I can’t remember the woman’s name who braided the front last but I wish I knew where she went so I could get my knotless done.
