If I could give this place less than one star, I absolutely would. I took my daughter here today for her 9th birthday she was so excited to get her nails and a pedicure done for the very first time. From the moment we walked in, the experience was disappointing. There was no greeting, no warmth just a cold “gel or regular?” That was it. No smile, no welcome. This isn’t my first time here. I’ve been about five times before, and the energy has always been the same: the staff looks perpetually miserable. The only reason I kept returning was because it was usually empty, and the nails were decent. But today was the last straw.
