Jeanne, the owner, has been cutting my hair for quite a long time and I continue to go to Emerald City because of the quality of the cut as well as the friendly, professional atmosphere. It's a pretty salon and very clean. Services are reasonably priced and I love that, if my cut is early in the day, I can get that second cup of coffee! A great place!

I went to Supercuts for years, and boy was I missing out. Carol and all the staff have years of experiencing cutting hair and hairdressing. They actually care to get to know you, unlike many of the big box chain. Also 15 dollars for a men's hair cut cut with scissors instead of clippers is a great value.

Recently started coming here due to the person cutting my hair moving to this salon. Between the friendly atmosphere and great work done, especially by Olivia, this a fantastic place for anything from a simple haircut to any of your hair desires! Will continue to to visit the establishment and get my hair cuts here.

Called to see how much it was to wax my eye brows and the owner told me $6 but when I get there and get them done they turn out to be terrible she arched one eyebrow but didn't arch the other side it was left straight then she recommended I don't wax The top of my eye brows so now I look like the bridge of frankenstein one bottom of my eye if arched while the other is not while my tops are trimmed who does that she ended up charging me $10 for a terrible she's a fraud why wax people's eyes browst if you don't know what your doing well never be back again in my life if I could get her in trouble with someone else I would but she's the so called owner so I can't.
