I visited this salon on Saturday, November 29th for a blonde balayage. Throughout the appointment, the stylist kept making comments that made me feel bad about having thick, healthy virgin hair. After 4 hours, my hair came out damaged, splotchy, over-toned in some areas and orange in others. There were even literal bleach dots where she had dropped bleach on my hair. Since the service, I have called and texted multiple times, trying to be polite and give her a chance to fix it or issue a refund. She has ignored every message. The balayage itself was rushed and not blended at all — there is a harsh line between where she applied bleach and my natural color. She didn’t root-smudge, blend, or tone anything correctly.
