I had an introductory promotion appointment for a facial a few days ago. That morning I received 2 reminder texts and 1 phone call confirming my appointment. Before I made the appointment I asked for details about the service and this is what I was informed (copied text): the facial last for 3 months and the procedure will be done for an hour. it cost 59$. it is an anti aging facial that will help you produce more collagen and reduce wrinkles and fine lines. we do put serum in your face, massage, remove white and black heads, then red light therapy. I booked a $59 introductory facial. After the treatment, I was unexpectedly presented with pricing ranging from $1,000 to $1,799, with a “today only” discount if purchased on the spot. This was not explained beforehand and made the experience uncomfortable. The cashier was very kind, but the visit felt more sales-driven than client-focused. Transparency before treatment would greatly improve the experience.

Today is the first time I went to this facility. The place is nice and clean. Alex did my facial, she’s very nice. I spent a relaxing and comfortable hour there, and I hope I will see good results after a couple more visits.

Update 10/24/25: There seems to be a clear miscommunication between the nurse and the sales representative. I was told to give the clinic another chance and that the nurse would go deeper with the needle during my next treatment. I agreed and returned for a second visit. However, the nurse informed me that she could not go deeper than the recommended depth because doing so could burn my skin. I suggested that she speak with the sales reps and the owner, since they are telling clients one thing while the nurse is saying another. As a result of this confusion, I told them i want to cancel my facial bundle plus I’m still upset that I didn’t get an apology from hadar.
