EmLash Studio (Eyebrows Threading)

I've been there a few times. I've had one instance where my brows were a little uneven but overall they do a pretty good job. I've had occasions where I ask if hands could be sanitized and the technician(s) barely puts anything on their hands. I was wondering if the boss is trying to save money. If they are that's a weird way to do it. I think if the client is uncomfortable with dirty hands then they should clean (or sanitize) their hands hands happily. I also waited around and the tech didn't sanitize her hands for the next client behind me so that's obviously a conjoined practice when it should be.

I love Emlash! Absolutely obsessed with my brows! I recently had the pleasure of visiting Em lash studio and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. As someone who is quite particular about my eyebrows, I was thrilled to discover a gem like this in town. The ambiance of the shop was inviting, with soothing colors and comfortable seating. The staff welcomed me warmly and promptly attended to my appointment. She was knowledgeable, skilled, and took the time to listen to my preferences before starting the threading process. The eyebrow threading service itself was nothing short of excellent. The technician was incredibly talented, and it was evident that they were well-versed in their craft. The threading process was precise and gentle, leaving me with perfectly shaped eyebrows that looked natural and complement

Roshani took off all my eyebrows!!!!! Before she started on them, I told her I wanted to leave them thick and she said ok. As she was working on my eyebrows, she was speaking very loudly on the phone. I went to see my brows in the mirror and it was half gone! I told her how furious I was and all she had to say was “they look fine”. She did the opposite of what I told her I wanted. She has a terrible attitude and the manager is no where to be found. She refused to call the manager for me (even though she was on her phone the whole time). I wish I never stepped foot in here. Don’t go here!!!!!!!!! And I still had to pay
