Honestly I've been here at most probably twice and both times I was in and out, found what I needed and left. I just read all the reviews and yea they do watch you and no they do not leave behind the counter. Thankfully I knew what I wanted and didn't need help . Most beauty supply are like this sadly but I'm not going to lie I understand why they are constantly watching for theft. Literally every time I'm in that area I see someone running out of the Burlington next door stealing! It's sadly just a bad area...

Granted my sis n i came in the store a few minutes before the store was closing. But we knew what we came for still the chinese lady repeatedly kept saying the store closing til the point i had to tell her thats not how u treat ppl whos paying ur bills a lil nicer. Also the customer service sucks the dude and other employees follows you around. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
