I visited the salon 3 times recently, twice with my mother and once on my own. Each time I went i requested and received a wash and blow out. On one occasion I also received a trim and deep conditioner. I do not know if the issue with my hair can be blamed entirely on the last visit or if it happened gradually but my hair is completely changed. I have not relaxed my hair since December 2015 and have only straightened it a few times a year since then. I typically have "type 4" hair. Im not sure if something was added to my hair or if it is severely heat damaged but my curls are GONE. Either way it is unacceptable and I am devastated. I have washed my hair several times since my last visit and it is straight as if it has been relaxed or blow dried. I am now forced to cut my hair all off and

recently tried out a new hair salon in the neighborhood, and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, the service was excellent. Melanie, the stylist who worked on my hair, was not only welcoming but also super professional. She took her time to make sure everything was just right, and I really appreciated that attention to detail. My hair turned out absolutely beautiful, and I could tell she genuinely cared about getting it perfect. The best part? The pricing was fair, and I didn’t feel like I was being overcharged for the amazing service I received. If you’re looking for a new place to get your hair done, I highly recommend this salon. Melanie and the team really know what they’re doing, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I wanted to love this salon but unfortunately, I did not. I went there two months ago for the first time. I asked for a trim and a wash and set. Instead, the hairdresser gave me a haircut and it was uneven. The towels also smelled foul. My hair has been falling out ever since I went there. I was also charged more than the price I originally agreed to (due to using my debit card). This was never explained to me before I reached the register. I was better off going to the Dominican hair salon I knew. I live and I learn.
