I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel I should share my experience. I went to this salon to get highlights, and unfortunately, I am very unhappy with the result. The color came out brassy/orange instead of the shade I requested, and it does not look blended or flattering. I also felt that the stylist didn’t take the time to explain what was being done or suggest a better approach for my hair type (especially since I had keratin treatment before). I now have to go to another salon to correct the color, which means more time, money, and stress on my hair. For the price I paid, I expected a professional result and clear communication, and I did not receive that.

I got my hair cut there yesterday. It was terrible. The woman with a smile on her face ruined my hair. I don't recommend it to anyone. 👎👎👎👎They work as if they were shearing sheep, quickly and it doesn’t matter how it turns out, as long as the client pays and leaves.

I can’t speak on the coloring services but I’ve gotten my hair cut here a few times and I’ve loved the result! Ask for Kai. He knows what he’s doing. $40 before tip for long length - wash cut and dry.

Awful place. Ruined and burned my mother’s hair. Damaged it beyond repair. We will seek legal action. The hair stylist is a scammer who used the wrong product that destroyed the hair completely. DO NOT GO THERE.
