At first I didn't care for this store because the owners would follow me around and talk slick under there breath. But I continued to shop because it was conveniently located. But I can say the more I started shopping here the better my relationships became with the owners. Now I don't just shop here because it's conveniently located but because I love the people and they always have what I need. If they don't have it they will get it. And the hours of operation is A1

I usually always go to this store & readily spend $50+ each time. I’m really disappointed because this time I purchased a HORRIBLE batch of a new product (KISS bleaching powder) & tried for exchange for a better product & pay the difference. They were pretty adamant about not accommodating me despite the fact that I am a recurring customer. As business owners they should have AT LEAST shown customer appreciation by offering a discount. I always go to this place because of how close it is to my home, but from this point on I’ll be going the extra mile.

The customer service is excellent. I had to basically start over with my beauty products and one of the employees walked the entire store with me and gave pros and cons of different items. He even threw in free products and give me coupons for my next visit. Love it.

They don’t like black people, you get the hurry up and buy vibes . Probably think every black women steals when we having a bad hair day. Shop black owned beauty masters it’s more of our culture with better prices . Stop spending money with people who don’t like us they just like our money. Chinese people are weird and funny acting and they don’t like us Black women.
