I wish i could give no stars. Had to get my nails done over the same day. They were horrible, terrible customer service. Pictures included for details nails had no shape. I asked for coffin shape on 3 nails and stiletto on the other 2. Another lady tried to fix the mess but ended up leaving a hair under the polish. Painted the gel so heavy that they looked rounded when i walked out! Never again!

I will never ever go to this nail salon ever again. I went a few months ago and my nails broke 4 days later. The owner charged me $100 for a full set and pedicure. When my nail broke clean off she charged me again to have it fixed. I went today for a full set and she charged me $52 and my nails are completely messy. I cried. I will never ever go back to these people. Worst nail salon in queens I’ve experienced. I have acrylic over my cuticles. I’m peeling monomer off of my skin and the shape isn’t what I wanted either. I asked for square and sharp. She put so much gel polish on that my nails are dull and rounded. I’m so upset and can’t get my money back.

I was extremely disappointed with the results I received with the Nail Technician Tori. Initially I requested the powder gel and she informed me that she does not provide that service, however, she suggested that she can do a hard gel which she charged $75.00. She soaked off the acrylic gel from my nails and applied what she explained the hard gel will last longer. This service was on New Years Eve (Tues.). I contacted her a couple of days after to inform her that the color was chipping from one of my nails, an appointment was made for her to correct the nail. I contacted her again on 1/7/25 to inform her that the polish was peeling from 2 nails & one nail chipped. On 1/9 today she saw the condition of the nails and she soaked my nail & applied a basic polish gel and charged me an ad

@tori.lingnails was very professional I liked her service she did a full set with a design in Feb they have not lifted as of today she also did a pedicure for me which was great will be going back Tori hours is great for the average working person so I will be going back ❤️

The owner is very unprofessional and rude. I specifically asked her to do my nails because from prior experiences I didn’t like how the others have done them. She insisted I let one of her girls do my pedicure. I then asked her to match a color for me which ended up being wrong so the girl redid them. It came out HORRIBLE. As if I’ve done them myself. When I called to explain she told me come whenever I want but nobody is fixing my nails because they already repainted them and hung up on me. I have never in my life had a professional nail tech refuse to redo a bad job. They look so bad I should’ve went back and put my foot on the table and showed her how it looked but I took the high road and decided to never return.
