Empress Nails

Made an appointment for a pedi & full set. Pedicure was fine. Then I transitioned to a different woman, Amy I believe, for the full set. I showed her two pictures of the exact shape I wanted and she argued with me about it not being possible (shorter coffin tips). I looked down at the photos confused. She aggressively and quickly clipped and filed and at least 4 were completely off center. I pointed it out and asked for it to be corrected and was told they were fine, so I asked to just shape those 4 myself. She proceeded to talk negatively of me to the person next to her, and then made me switch to him, when he already had a customer, so they made that customer get up and go to her. I felt SO AWKWARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE! Then, Kelly, removed all the tips/her work, instead of just the 4 crook

Empress Nails is truly a hidden gem! The salon is spotless, and the massage chairs are incredibly comfortable. From start to finish, the service was impeccable. Linda was amazing and easy to communicate with. She was so attentive and thoughtful, taking her time to make sure my pedicure and massage were absolutely perfect. What really stood out was how friendly and accommodating the entire staff was, especially toward my 5mo baby. That level of kindness and patience made the visit feel so welcoming and stress-free. Overall, the experience was wonderful, and I will definitely be coming back. Empress Nails is a little gem tucked away in the back of Broomfield Plaza, and I honestly wish more people knew about it. Super friendly staff that really cares. Got dip powder for the first time and absolutely love that I kept my natural nails!

The place is beautiful and doesn't stink with all the chemicals. Didn't have to wait at all. Technicians are nice and friendly. 4 stars because Shellac manicure cost was not thick enough to have consistent color. I picked light pink and it still has my nail coming through, I think it needed extra coat. Prices are reasonable. Pedicure was done well, will see how long it lasts.

Ca is great! I’ve been to her twice now for dip and she pays great attention to detail yet both appointments have taken less than an hour. I get so many compliments on my nails, can’t recommend her enough!
